In case of error in the delivery if the products delivered do not match or if they are not conform to those specified in the order, the buyer can request an exchange or refund of the products.

The buyer have 15 days to exchange or to get a refund on his/her products. Rosemary Creek LLC will ship the products to the buyer free of charge. If the15 days deadline falls on a saturday, sunday or a national holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Products will be exchanged or refunded to the buyer on his/her request on his/her request.
